New Bluegrass Band formation (Bass, Guitar, Mandolin needed)

Hi,
I am a Banjo/Mandolin player/Singer and looking to a New Bluegrass band.
Examples: The Dead South, Old Crow Medicine, Greensky Bluegrass
Goal is to write, record and perform original music.
The Ideal band would be: Banjo, Mandolin, Guitar and Bass
