Looking to form a 3-player Alternative Electronic/"Rock" group

I'm looking to form a dynamic 3-players band with people who share the same influences such as Radiohead / Moderat / Massive Attack / Arca / Foals / Floating Points / Thom Yorke / James Blake. Looking for people aged around early 30s, who can commit if the chemistry is there. I have in mind 1 to be focused on the rhythm section (live drums would be a plus) and the other someone flexible that can pick up a bass or play keys.
